A Zeppelin NT took off for the first time on September 18, 1997, and on June 22, 2010 the Deutsche Zeppelin-Reederei already counted over 100,000 passengers. On board the "100,000 Passenger" anniversary flight, there were also receipts in favor of the Pestalozzi Children's Village Wahlwies. These are franked with the "Advertising poster for the International Air and Space Exhibition ILA" and stamped Friedrichshafen on the day of the flight. The affixed on-board seal, which confirms the authenticity of the document and the transport with the zeppelin, is stamped with the on-board stamp of the airship "D-LZZF Baden-Württemberg".
The 100,000 passengers are not only from the Zeppelin NT "Baden-Württemberg "has been promoted. The airships with the serial numbers two and four were also used for a short time in passenger air traffic for the Deutsche Zeppelin-Reederei before they were delivered to Japan and the USA respectively.
