This folding card from Germany was issued on the occasion of Willy Brandt's 80th birthday (he was the first Social Democratic Chancellor after the Second World War).

The first page of this memorial sheet shows an enlarged reproduction of the 100 Pfg. special stamp, issued for the honored's 80th birthday.

The second page shows in tabular form some of the significant stages in Willy Brandt's life as well as the name of Dipl.-Ing. Elke Tobien-Wolf, President of the Saarbrücken Postal Service Directorate

The third page is now philatelically designed with the franking of the 100 Pfg. special stamp of the Deutsche Bundespost, issued for Willy Brandt's 80th birthday.
