We deliver worldwide.

Our shipping costs are:

within Germany:

Order value up to EUR 100: letters EUR 3.95
                 Accessories/packages 6.90 euros
Order value from 100.00 euros: postage free

abroad:

Order value up to 150 euros: letters 4.90 euros
                   Accessories/packages 9.90 euros
Order value from 150.00 Euro: Postage free

If the goods are in stock, we usually deliver within 5-7 working days. Delivery subject to retention of title.

The supplementary deliveries of your subscription will be sent out automatically as soon as there are enough pieces. As a rule, you will receive a delivery every month. If you have selected a collection area in which only a few issues appear, it is possible that there is a longer time interval between the deliveries. You can change your subscription at any time and make special requests. Please remember that it will take a certain transitional period before the subscription is sent in the new composition.
If you do not want any deliveries during the holiday, we ask that you notify us in good time - if possible 3 weeks before the start of the holiday. Your vacation date will then be noted in the EDP and you will receive the deliveries that have been made in the meantime after the end of the vacation.

Step 1: Submit shopping cart

Step 2: Select login option

- If you have already ordered online and created a customer account, select the option "I am already a customer". With your customer account, you no longer need to enter your data again and you can go directly to the "Check and order" option.

- If you don't have a customer account yet, use the option "I'm a new customer". We save your data for future orders.

- If you do not want to create a customer account, then check the box "Do not create a customer account".
 

Step 3: Choice of shipping/payment method

Choose one of the following options:
PayPal, credit card, advance payment, invoice or direct debit
 
Step 4: Check order data and "Order with obligation to pay"
 
Check the order data again, if necessary adjust it using the "change" function.
Tip: You can also add a shipping address.
 
You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail. The purchase contract with Hermann E. Sieger GmbH comes into effect when the goods you have ordered are sent.

Payment modalities

All prices (errors excepted) include the applicable statutory value-added tax plus shipping costs.

Each delivery is payable upon receipt without deduction - unfortunately it is not possible to give rebates, special discounts or discounts. In the event of any returns, the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly. You will receive your deliveries by invoice, payable within 14 days by post or bank transfer.

When paying by direct debit, the amount is usually debited 14 days after the goods have been dispatched. You have no risk, because you can cancel the direct debit authorization at any time without observing a deadline. You can object to individual direct debits at your bank within 6 weeks. If you are in arrears with your payments for any reason, please do not wait for our accounting department to issue a reminder. Contact us in good time - there are possibilities for financing.

If payment is more than four weeks in arrears, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears and expenses and, if necessary, to stop deliveries.
