We deliver worldwide.
Our shipping costs are:
Order value up to 100 euros: letters 3.90 euros
accessories / packages 5.90 euros
Order value from 100, - Euro: postage free
Order value up to 150 euros: letters 4.90 euros
accessories / packages 9.90 euros
Order value from 150, - Euro: postage free
If the goods are in stock, we usually deliver within 5-7 working days. Delivery under reservation of title.
The supplementary deliveries for your subscription will be sent automatically as soon as enough pieces are available. As a rule, you will receive a delivery every month. If you have selected a collection area in which only a few issues appear, it is possible that there is a longer time gap between the deliveries. You can change your subscription at any time and express special requests. Please remember that there will be a certain transition period before the subscription is sent in the new configuration.
If you do not want deliveries during your holiday, we ask that you notify us in good time - 3 weeks before the start of your holiday if possible. Your vacation date will then be noted in the EDP and you will receive the deliveries that have been made in the meantime at the end of your vacation.

Step 1: Submit the shopping cart
To do this, use the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart below the item list.
Step 2: Select login option- If you have already ordered online and created a customer account, select the option "I am already a customer". With your customer account, you no longer need to re-enter your data and you can directly select "Check and order".
- You do not have a customer account yet, then use the "I am a new customer" option. We save your data for future orders.
- If you do not want to create a customer account, check the box next to "Do not create a customer account".

All prices (errors excepted) include the respective statutory VAT and plus shipping costs.
Each delivery is payable on receipt without deduction - unfortunately it is not possible to give discounts, special discounts or discounts. In the event of any returns, the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly. You will receive your deliveries by invoice, payable within 14 days by post or bank transfer.
When paying by direct debit, the debit is usually made 14 days after the goods have been dispatched. You have no risk, because you can cancel the direct debit authorization at any time without observing a notice period. You can object to individual direct debits at your bank within 6 weeks. If for any reason you are in arrears with your payments, please do not wait for our accounting department to send you a reminder. Get in touch with us in good time - there are options for financing.
In the event of a payment arrears of more than four weeks, we are entitled to charge default interest and expenses and, if necessary, to stop deliveries.
