This block of stamps was issued in St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II. The stamp block contains four stamps and shows Queen Elizabeth II at the Silver Jubilee in 1977, the Golden Jubilee in 2002, the Diamond Anniversary in 2007 and the Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
In June In 2012, Queen Elisabeth II. celebrated her diamond jubilee on the throne.
She has held the title of Queen of England since 1952. At the time, Winston Churchill was ruling as Prime Minister. The Queen's political influence was limited to listening, advising and warning.
