Qing Dynasty Embroidery - Stamp Block Mint, Taiwan

The postal administration of Taiwan spoils us with this unusual collector's item. The block of stamps entitled “Embroidery of the Qing Dynasty” provides an impressive insight into the artistic design of curtain embroidery during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
In order to emphasize and highlight the beauty of the stamp block, the issue was printed on tissue paper, in conjunction with embossing and fine gold foil.
