On the one hand, it is a round block, on the other hand, the two stamps depict Alcides Edgardo Ghiggia - the player from Uruguay who scored the decisive goal against the hosts in the last minute of the 1950 World Cup in Brazil.
Alcides Edgardo Ghiggia is a former Uruguayan-Italian soccer player and is considered to be one of the world's best foreign players of the 1950s. He is the last surviving player from the world championship team from 1950.
Besides playing for Uruguay, he also played for the Italian national team.
