Flood Aid 2013 - Postage Stamp Catalog No. 3022 mint never hinged, Germany

On July 18, 2013, Deutsche Post issued a special stamp for 58 + 42 cents for the victims of the 2013 flood disaster. The proceeds from the surcharge directly benefited the people affected in the regions and were made available in full for flood relief measures.
When choosing the motif for this stamp, Deutsche Post used an existing issue. The current special flood stamp has the same motif as the "Flood Aid 2002" stamp.
