These four “Christmas” stamps were issued on November 1, 1972. The stamps show: 1 S, stained glass “The Ascension of Christ” from the Methodist Church in Apia; 4 S, stained glass “St. Virgin and Baby Jesus ”from the All Saints Anglican Church in Apia; 10 S, stained glass “St. Andrew blesses a canoe ”from the All Saints Anglican Church in Apia; 30 S, stained glass "The Good Shepherd" from the Methodist Church in Apia. Catalog no. 272-275, mint never hinged.
