Christmas balloon mail 1988 - Austria

You will receive the envelope from Austria together with a mint never hinged vignette for the 28th Christmas balloon post and a black on-board postmark.
The wonderful special envelope from the Pestalozzi Children's Village is franked with the Austrian Christmas stamp 1988. It was postmarked with the beautiful Christmas special cancellation at the world-famous Christkindl post office. The document was transported with the D-ERGEE VI free balloon. A colorful vignette for the 28th Christmas balloon mail is affixed to the receipt, as well as the on-board stamp of the free balloon and the date stamped on the balloon launch. The pilots were Alfred Schultz and Tobias Wetzel.
