Bible, The Old Testament - Block 4 mint never hinged, Guinea

The postal administration of Guinea invites us on a journey through the Bible with four unusually designed stamp blocks. Two stamp issues each are dedicated to the Old and New Testament. Block number 4 shows scenes from the Old Testament. It also contains a cross-shaped stamp to match the issue. On the stamp of this block we see the scene "Abraham sees the promised land of Canaan"; the edge of the block shows the “reconstruction of Babel”. Mint never hinged.
The Bible blocks from Guinea show scenes from the Old and New Testament on cruciform stamps. The West African country of Guinea issued a total of four different stamp blocks. Guinea is a former French colony that has been independent since 1958.
