125 years of the Universal Postal Union - facsimile printing, Germany

This facsimile print was published on the occasion of the international postal history days in Sindelfingen. The facsimile print should look like a German special stamp that would have been issued for the anniversary of the Universal Postal Union. Despite recommendations to all member countries, no issue was published in Germany on this occasion. The stamp with no denomination shows a portrait of Heinrich von Stephan, co-founder of the Universal Postal Union.
