In 2003, Germany minted the 10-euro silver coin on the occasion of the anniversary "100 years of the Deutsches Museum" in brilliant uncirculation. It has a diameter of 32.5 mm and a weight of 18 grams. The 10 euro silver coin is made of 925/000 silver.

In 1903 the ambitious engineer Oskar von Miller the association "Museum of Masterpieces of Science and Technology". The foundation stone for the exhibition building was laid in 1906 on Munich's former coal island.
The Museuam attracts around 1.5 million enthusiastic guests to the spacious halls every year with its successful combination of education and entertainment.

The German in Munich is the largest natural science and technology museum in the world. Around 28,000 objects from around 50 areas of natural sciences and technology are exhibited, which are visited by around 1.5 million people every year.
